The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Friday 14 January 2022 the draft Decision for issuance of a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of “EURO-POWER” d.o.o. Tešanj will be made available to the public for information purposes.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday, 20 January 2022 commencing at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Friday, 21 January 2022.
