The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 290^th regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Wednesday, 28 December 2022, commencing at 11:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 289^th regular session held on 13 December 2022
2. Passing decisions in the proceedings for setting of the tariff for operation of an independent system operator and tariffs for the system and ancillary services
3. Passing a Decision on issuance of a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity to “Wasserkraft” d.o.o., Banja Luka

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
