The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Thursday, 20 October 2022, the draft Decision on issuance of the licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of the Mixed Holding “Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske” ‒ Parent Company, a.d. Trebinje will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 26 October 2022 commencing at 13:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 27 October 2022.
