The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 339^th regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Friday, 17 October 2025, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 338^th regular session held on 8 October 2025
2. Adoption of the Connection Rules
3. Passing a Decision on issuance of a license for the international electricity trading activity to “ENNA Next BH” d.o.o., Sarajevo
4. Passing a Decision on setting of coefficients and price caps for ancillary services
5. Passing a Decision on approval of the Ancillary Services Procedures

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
