NOTICE

ON GENERAL PUBLIC HEARING

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Friday, 17 January 2025, a Draft decision on granting a licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Disam BH” d.o.o., Sarajevo will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday, 23 January 2025 at 12:30 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Friday, 24 January 2025.
