The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Friday, 8 November 2024, a Draft decision on granting a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Energy Financing Team SE Bilećaˮ d.o.o., Bileća will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday, 14 November 2024 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Friday, 15 November 2024.
