The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Thursday, 16 November 2023, a Draft decision on granting temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “ENNA Opskrba BHˮ d.o.o., Sarajevo, will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 21 November 2023 commencing at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Wednesday, 22 November 2023.
