The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Thursday, 2 February 2023, a Draft decision on granting a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Medoš Oneˮ d.o.o., Banja Luka will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 7 February 2023 at 10:30 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Wednesday, 8 February 2023.
