The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 289^th regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Tuesday, 13 December 2022, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 288^th regular session held on 23 November 2022
2. Passing a Decision on issuance of a licence for performance of the electricity transmission activity to “Elektroprenos Bosne i Hercegovine” a.d., Banja Luka
3. Passing a Decision on amendments to the Decision on setting of coefficients and price caps for ancillary services
   

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
