In accordance with the principle of rotation of the members of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in the position of the Chairman, since 1^st July 2010 Mr. Mirsad Salkić has begun to perform this function.

Namely, after the expiry of one-year term of Mr. Vladimir Dokić, MA on 30^th June 2010, Mr. Mirsad Salkić, a member of the Commission, was elected Chairman of the Commission for the new term.

Pursuant to the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the position of Chairman will rotate annually on an equal basis between the members of Commission.
