Annual Reports 2017 Print


The report on the activities of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2017 was considered
- at the 61st session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH held on May 17, 2018, and
- at the 42nd session of the House of Peoples held on 5 June 2018.
Both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted a report on the work of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2017.

Pursuant to the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to inform interested persons and the wider public, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission publishes on an annual basis revised annual financial reports with the auditors’ opinion on the objectivity of the stated financial standing and business results in the previous year.
