Pursuant to Article 4.7 of the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BIH, 7/02, 13/03, 76/09 and 1/11) and Article 14 of the Licensing Rule – Consolidated Version (Official Gazette of BIH, 63/16), the State Electricity Regulatory Commission issues a 

NOTICE ON GENERAL PUBLIC HEARING 

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Friday, 8 August 2025, a Draft decision on amendments to the Decision on issuance of licence for the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Green Energy Trading – Trgovina zelenom energijom” d.o.o., Čitluk will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 13 August 2025 at 12:30 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 14 August 2025.
