Pursuant to Article 4.7. of the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BIH, 7/02, 13/03, 76/09 and 1/11) and Article 14 of the Licensing Rule – Consolidated Version (Official Gazette of BIH, 63/16), the State Electricity Regulatory Commission issues a 

NOTICE ON GENERAL PUBLIC HEARING 

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Tuesday, 21 October 2025, the draft decisions on issuing the international electricity trading license for the company “Interenergo” d.o.o. Sarajevo.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared draft decisions free of charge at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, or take them over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at the general public hearing, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday, 28 October 2025 at 13 hours.
