Pursuant to Article 4.7. of the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BIH, 7/02, 13/03, 76/09 and 1/11) and Article 14 of the Licensing Rule – Consolidated Version (Official Gazette of BIH, 63/16), the State Electricity Regulatory Commission issues a 

NOTICE ON GENERAL PUBLIC HEARINGS 

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Friday, 5 September 2025, the draft decisions on issuing a preliminary permit for the construction of a generation facility in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be made available to the public upon the applications of the following legal persons:

-       “Ekoenergija” d.o.o., Brčko District BIH for the photovoltaic power plant “Brezovo Polje”, (draft Decision)

-       “Ekoenergija” d.o.o., Brčko District BIH for the photovoltaic power plant “Donji Rahić – Kladje”, (draft Decision)

-       “SE-Solar Energy” d.o.o., Zavidovići for the photovoltaic power plant “Ivakićke” in the location of Dubrave and Skakava Donja, (draft Decision) and

-       “Yavuz” d.o.o., Srebrenik for the photovoltaic power plant “Yavuz” in the location of Vitanovići. (draft Decision)

Interested persons may obtain the prepared draft decisions free of charge at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, or take them over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at the general public hearings, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday, 11 September 2025 in accordance with the following schedule:

-       At 11:00 hrs upon the application of the legal person “Ekoenergija” d.o.o., Brčko District BIH (for the photovoltaic power plant “Brezovo Polje”),

-       At 11:30 hrs upon the application of the legal person “Ekoenergija” d.o.o., Brčko District BIH (for the photovoltaic power plant “Donji Rahić – Kladje”),

-       At 12:00 hrs upon the application of the legal person “SE-Solar Energy” d.o.o., Zavidovići (for the photovoltaic power plant “Ivakićke”),

-       At 13:00 hrs upon the application of the legal person “Yavuz” d.o.o., Srebrenik (for the photovoltaic power plant  “Yavuz”).
