Annual Report 2012 Print


The Report on Activities of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2012 was adopted at the sessions of both Houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the 47th session held on 10 April 2013, the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly reviewed the SERC Report on Activities and adopted it by a majority vote of the present members, and two abstention vote.

The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH reviewed and unanimously adopted the SERC Report on Activities at the 29th session held on 22 May 2013.

The Report on Activities:

  • summarizes key activities of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2012 and follows the process of approximation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European standards in electricity market functioning,
  • provides information on the basic power system indicators, characteristics and changes of and prices in the electricity market both in the region and BiH,
  • provides the most important data on energy associations of particular relevance for regulatory authorities, with a focus on the Energy Community institutions, in whose Regulatory Board and thematic groups SERC is represented.



In order to inform interested persons and the wider public, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission publishes revised annual financial reports with the auditors’ opinion on the objectivity of the stated financial standing and business results in the previous year.
