The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that, upon the application of “G-Petrol” d.o.o. Sarajevo, a Draft decision on granting a temporary license for performance of the international electricity trading activity will be made available to the public as of 9 July 2016.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take  place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 12 July 2016 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Wednesday, 13 July 2016 at the SERC address.
