The 174^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), will take place on Wednesday, 27 January 2016 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed: 

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 173^rd regular session of the Commission held on 29 December 2015
2. Adoption of the minutes of the 1st extraordinary session of the Commission held on 30 December 2015
3. Adoption of a Decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity to the applicant GEN-I d.o.o. Sarajevo
4. Defining a Draft decision on revocation of the license for performance of the international electricity trading activity of the licensee REPOWER ADRIA d.o.o. Sarajevo and adopting an appropriate conclusion 

The session will take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4. 

The session will be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
