The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Wednesday, 23 December 2015, upon the application of GEN-I d.o.o.Sarajevo, a Draft decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 30 December 2015 at 13:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 31 December 2015 at the SERC address.
