In line with its obligations and powers to create conditions for unlimited and free trade and continuous supply of electricity and enable the electricity market liberalization in Bosnia and Herzegovina, governed by international practice and the relevant directives of the European Union, authorized by law to act as a regulatory authority in the electricity retail market in the Brčko District, at the session held on 2 October 2014, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission defined:

1. A Draft Methodology for setting tariffs for electricity supply under public service in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
2. Draft Rules on amendments to the Rules on supply of customers in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina with electricity,
3. A Draft Decision on amendments to the Methodology for development of tariffs for services of electricity distribution in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
   

At the same time the State Electricity Regulatory Commission issues a

PUBLIC NOTICE ON GENERAL HEARING

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission informs all interested parties that the drafts of all three documents will be made available to the public for insight with the aim to obtain suggestions, comments and opinions of interested parties in order to improve the text of these documents.

The draft documents may be obtained at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4, or may be taken over in electronic form from the SERC web site (www.derk.ba).

Verbal and written comments may be given at the general hearing which shall take place on Wednesday, 15 October 2014 in Brčko at the Education Hall of the Brčko District Finance Directorate, commencing at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider all written comments received no later than 17 October 2014 at the SERC address.
