Repower Adria, d.o.o. Sarajevo is a holder of the license for performance of the international electricity trading activity granted by a decision of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission with the term expiring in February 2017.

At the request of the licensee, the procedure for license revocation was initiated by defining a Draft decision at the session held on 27 January 2016 as the Company plans to close down its business before the term of the license expires.

Interested persons may see or obtain the Draft decision at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site (www.derk.ba).

The procedure for license revocation will be conducted without holding a formal hearing while a general public hearing will be held regarding the Draft decision. It is allowed to object to this decision of SERC.

The general public hearing will be held on 8 February 2016 at 13:00 hrs at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II.

The intervener status may be granted to a person who proves a direct interest in this procedure, which differs from the general public interest. A written request for acquiring the intervener status may be filed with SERC no later than 5 February 2016.
