The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Saturday, 4 October 2014, upon the applications of “EL-EN SOLUTIONS” d.o.o. Banja Luka, a draft decision on granting a license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Monday, 13 October 2014 at 12:30 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than Tuesday, 14 October 2014 at the SERC address.
