The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Friday, 5 September 2014, upon the applications of “COMSAR ENERGY TRADING” d.o.o. Banja Luka and Axpo BH d.o.o. Sarajevo, draft decisions on granting licenses for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Drafts at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take them over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Friday, 12 September 2014 in accordance with the following schedule:

-       “COMSAR ENERGY TRADING” d.o.o. Banja Luka at 11:30 hrs,

-       Axpo BH d.o.o. Sarajevo at 12:30 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than Saturday, 13 September 2014 at the SERC address.
