The 144^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 11 September 2014 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 143^rd regular session of the Commission held on 28 August 2014

1. Adoption of a Decision on approval of the SEE CAO (Coordinated Auction Office for South East Europe)  Auction Rules for allocation of cross-border transfer capacities
   

The session shall take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session shall be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
