The 138^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 22 May 2014 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 137^th regular session of the Commission held on 29 April 2014
2. Adoption of a Decision on approval of the Indicative generation development plan for the period 2015-2024
3. Discussing and defining a Draft decision on changes and amendments to the Tariff pricing methodology for services of electricity transmission, operation of independent system operator and ancillary services with Schedule of activities
   

The session shall take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session shall be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
