The Report on Activities of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2013 is published.

In terms of content, the structure of the Report provides a summary of regulatory activities in the fields on which the Commission primarily focused during the year as well as the choice of representative data and indicators on the technical condition and operation of the power system of Bosnia and Herzegovina with basic characteristics of the BIH and regional electricity markets.

The Report also presents a list of rules constituting the key energy legislation of the European Union, that is, of the Energy Community, which BiH has to follow, that is, transpose into its national legislation. Furthermore, it provides an overview and profile of international energy institutional infrastructure.

After the auditing of financial reports, the Independent Auditor’s Report is published at the same time with the Report on Activities, according to which the financial reports show objectively in all materially relevant aspects, the financial standing and business results of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission on 31 December 2013.
