The 134^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Wednesday, 26 March 2014 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 133^rd regular session of the Commission held on 19 March 2014
2. Adoption of a Report on the implementation of the project “Assistance to Implementation of Balancing Arrangements Regulatory Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina” with a Plan of activities until its full implementation
3. Adoption of a Decision defining a Concept of ancillary services for the BIH power system balancing
4. Adoption of a Conclusion on initiating activities on adoption of Temporary market rules
5. Adoption of a Decision on the granting of a license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading to “Ezpada” d.o.o. Mostar
6. Defining a Draft decision on the granting of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading and a proposal of conclusions in the licensing procedure for the applicant “KGT Zenica” d.o.o. 
   

The session shall take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session shall be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
