The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Wednesday, 12 February 2014, upon the application of EZPADA d.o.o. Mostar, a draft decision on granting a license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was entered in the court register of the Mostar Municipal Court. The Company’s founder is “EZPADA” AG, Baarerstrasse 135, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 18 February 2014 at 13:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than Wednesday, 19 February 2014 at the SERC address.
