The 130^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 23 January 2014 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 129^th regular session of the Commission held on 27 December 2013
2. Defining a Draft decision on the granting of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading and a proposal of conclusions in the procedure for the granting of the temporary license to the applicant “EZPADA” d.o.o. Mostar
3. Adoption of a Decision on approval of Auction rules for allocation of cross-border capacities
   

The session shall take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session shall be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
